The New Clark City Sports Hub

The sports hub aims to enable the Philippines to host the 30th Southeast Asian Games 2019 with brand new and officially certified athletics, track and field, and aquatic events venues that will highlight world class Filipino architecture.

The Philippine hosting of the 30th South East Asian Games in December 2017 is a very significant and timely development for the vigorous push the Project needs for speedy fruition.  The New Clark City is an ideal venue to host the athletics and aquatic events of the Games because of its open and rolling terrain which will provide the athletes and officials a breath of freshness and communion with nature which hopefully can contribute to their higher level of performance in their sports that will provide more excitement to the Games and the spectators.

Warm-up Track

Sustainability

The Stadium, the Aquatic Center, and the Athletes Village will make up the Sports Hub that will be the  legacy project of the 30th SEA Games. It will be the center stage during the Games but it will transform into a sustainable sports facility after.

The NCC Sports Hub can be a venue to the following events and activities:

  1. International, national, or regional sports competitions
  2. Sports training and clinics
  3. Major concerts
  4. Large social, religious, and cultural events
  5. Team building exercises for large corporations and other institutions
  6. Lifestyle and wellness activities
